Consulting and training. We will design and implement a PTO
Program
that is custom tailored to your organization's unique needs.
- We offer a comprehensive training program specifically tailored
for
your PTO Coordinator, PTO Supervisors, and PTOs covering all
aspects
of the PTO Model of Training. Training, which lasts 40 hours,
covers the following:
* The problem based learning method and how it applies to
the PTO model.
* The theory and practice of adult learning and how it applies
to a post academy training environment.
* The structure of the PTO model to include coaching, training,
and
evaluative components and processes.
* Duties and responsibilities of key personnel in the program.
* The framing and implementation of a PTO program designed to
fit
your organizational needs.
